Creating a safe, respectful, and confidential space is foundational to the work I offer as The Divine Nurturer. Your healing journey is personal, and it is honored with care and discretion.
Confidentiality of Coaching Sessions
All individual, couples, and group coaching sessions are held in strict confidence.
Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to any third party without your written consent, except in the limited circumstances outlined below.
Legal & Safety Exceptions
Confidentiality may be ethically or legally broken only if:
- There is a risk of serious harm to yourself or another person
- There is suspected abuse or neglect involving a child, elder, or vulnerable individual
- Disclosure is required by law through a valid court order
Outside of these situations, your information remains private.
Virtual Sessions & Data Protection
All sessions are conducted through secure virtual platforms.
Personal information shared through intake forms, email communication, or scheduling systems is stored securely and used only for the purpose of providing coaching services.
Payment processing is handled through trusted third-party providers that maintain their own privacy and security standards.
Your personal information is never sold, distributed, or shared for marketing purposes.
Couples & Group Coaching
For couples or group sessions, confidentiality is expected from all participants. While I uphold confidentiality as your coach, I cannot guarantee what other participants may choose to share outside of sessions. Mutual respect and discretion are strongly encouraged.
Your Responsibility
You are encouraged to participate in sessions from a private and secure environment to protect your own confidentiality during virtual meetings.
If you have any questions about privacy or confidentiality, I welcome you to ask during your consultation.
Session Recording (Optional)
Sessions will not be recorded without your explicit consent.
If you would like a session to be recorded for personal review, this may be arranged upon mutual agreement. Recordings are for personal use only and may not be distributed or shared.
Terms & Conditions
By booking coaching services with The Divine Nurturer, you agree to the following:
- Payment & Investment: Payment is required to confirm your session or package. Investment amounts are confirmed during your free consultation.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling: At least 24 hours’ notice is required. Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Emergency situations are considered case by case.
- Client Responsibility: You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes during coaching.
- Intellectual Property: All materials, exercises, and frameworks remain the property of The Divine Nurturer. They may be used for personal growth only and cannot be shared or distributed without permission.
