My Story

I had a decent childhood growing up. Yet the environment and cultural dynamics around me quietly shaped how I viewed myself and how I showed up in relationships. Those early experiences influenced the way I connected with others — and more importantly, the relationship I had with myself.

Throughout my teenage years and into my twenties, I struggled to truly understand who I was within. This inner disconnect deeply affected my relationships, often making it difficult for them to last or feel fulfilling. During that time, I operated mostly from a masculine energy — action-driven, ambitious, and highly independent — rather than from my feminine essence of nurturing, empathy, compassion, and emotional connection.

It wasn’t until my mid-twenties that I realized something was missing. Despite appearing strong on the outside, I lacked a grounded, loving relationship with myself. I began to understand that true power wasn’t just independence — it was inner awareness, healing, and emotional alignment.

That realization began my healing journey. I started unlearning old patterns rooted in childhood experiences, explored my emotional world, and committed to deep inner work through mentorship, reflection, and holistic tools. Slowly, I rebuilt my relationship with myself from the inside out.

As I healed, everything shifted. My relationships improved. My communication deepened. I felt more connected and emotionally empowered. Naturally, people began coming to me for guidance and support in their own relationships. What once felt like personal healing became my purpose.

Choosing to become a Holistic Relational Transformation Coach is personal to me  because I have walked this journey myself. My intention is to pour care, compassion, empathy, and emotional wisdom into every person I support — helping you heal your relationship with yourself first so you can create healthier, more fulfilling connections in every area of your life.
